When it comes to healthcare products and services, Robert J. Oosdyke knows all ends of healthcare and truly understands the intricacies managed care has brought into the picture. HCFI's primary goal is to orchestrate the delivery of healthcare raw materials, products and services to suppliers, providers, purchasing groups and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). HCFI provides key partnerships and alliances with all segments for the HCFI customer and manufacturer.

Mr. Oosdyke's long-term relationships with large purchasing alliances, manufacturers, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs) and key distribution organizations enabled HCFI to become an integrator in healthcare to the suppliers, purchasers and distributors.

Beginning his healthcare career in medical distribution services, Mr. Oosdyke later moved on to experience the manufacturing side of healthcare with 3M Medical. His vast experience includes healthcare marketing and sales, sales management, corporate accounts development and the introduction of a cottage industry in "national account consulting" with NCI. Mr. Oosdyke developed the nationally renowned educational event, The Healthcare Executive Forum, which brings together key executives from all facets of the healthcare industry, including GPOs, manufacturers, distributors, Integrated Delivery Networks and physicians.

In the mid 1990's, with the advent of the IDN (Integrated Delivery Network), Mr. Oosdyke began a new division for NCI focusing upon this new market segment. In leading the supply side to this new arena, NCI became the leader with the IDN Summit, an annual meeting for the industry yet today.

In 1998, Health Sense International (HSI) hired Mr. Oosdyke as CEO & Chairman of the Board. HSI was a customer of Mr. Oosdyke's at National Contracts, Inc. his first startup. HSI manufactured an innovative wireless urinary incontinent patient monitoring product. Then HSI re-launched the products to all major GPOs, Long Term Care Nursing Home chains and began securing purchasing contracts with the goal of quickly penetrating healthcare and selling HSI for the shareholders. Oosdyke sold HSI to Hill-Rom's Long Term Care division in 2001.
